Alkiviadis Zoupas has joined Cisco Systems Hellas in 2000 as a Systems Engineer and specializes in Unified Communications & Collaboration technology area. Before joining Cisco, he worked in Cable and Wireless (C&W) UK as Telecommunications Engineer and in the Telecommunications Lab of Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) as a Software Engineer.He holds an Electrical & Computer Engineering degree from University of Patras (1997) and a Masters (MSc) in Data Communications from Brunel University, London. He is Cisco CCIE certified (#8729).
