Eirini has studied Electronic and Computer Engineering at the Technical University of Crete and her bachelor thesis on video modeling has been featured in 3 scientific papers. She holds a M.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UC Davis, USA, with an emphasis on mathematics and social computing.
Eirini joined Cisco’s award-winning, early-in-career, Sales Associate Program as a fresh graduate in January, 2015. She was based in London, UK, for a year, where she was exposed to the whole spectrum of Cisco’s technology portfolio and was trained in developing her sales skills and business acumen. During that time, she did a 6-month tenure in the company’s Customer Proof of Concept lab, where she acquired valuable hands-on experience. She is now based in Athens as a Virtual Systems Engineer, specializing in the field of Data Center and supporting Cisco's salesforce and partners in the EMEAR region, as part of the technical pre-sales Global Virtual Engineering organization.
